1. How do I log in to campus Wi-Fi? (Any other questions related to student technology)
The Technology Services Division (TSD) Service Desk answers a variety of tech questions. The Service Desk can also be contacted at ServiceDesk@nscc.edu. Their website includes student handouts on topics like wi-fi and Office 365 under the "Most Requested" link at the top of the page. Under "Students" and "Knowledge Base" you can find more detailed information on a variety of topics including Multi-factor Authentication, the method needed to let you access your student email and Office 365 apps when not on campus.
Quick Tip for Wi-Fi: use your student email as your user name and then your school password.
2. When do classes start next term? When can I register? Any questions related to important academic dates.
Use the NSCC Academic Calendar. The registration start date is shown at the start of the calendar for the term of interest.
3. How do I change my major?
You will need to complete a Change of Major form during the registration period. Your major impacts which classes you should take.
