If you enjoy your experience in either ENGL 1010 or ENGL 1020 (or both!), we encourage you to pursue an A.A. in English at NSCC. An A.A. Degree in English will help prepare you for a variety of potential career paths, including journalism, law, technical writing, public relations, government, and education. Unlike most degree pathways, which may only prepare you for a specific occupational field (for example, nursing, math, or engineering), the English A.A. Degree will set you up for success in securing employment in a variety of careers.
