How to download EBSCO ebooks

Downloadable ebooks

EBSCO ebooks can now be downloaded. Use this guide to learn how to download ebooks on your Mac or Windows computer, Android phone/tablet, iPhone, or iPad. A complete list of compatible devices can be found here.The first step to downloading EBSCO ebooks is to create a MyEBSCO account. See the box below for instructions on creating an account.


Step One: Create a MyEBSCO account

No matter what type of device you have, the first step to downloading EBSCO ebooks is to create a MyEBSCO account. Follow the steps below to do so. After you have created your MyEBSCO account, click on the tab for the type of device you will be downloading books onto.


 Click on "Sign In' in the upper right corner of the EBSCO ebooks database.




Click on "Create a new Account" on the righthand side of the screen




Fill out the account information to create an account and click "Save Changes."


Click continue.

You should now be in your MyEBSCO account. You should make sure you are signed into your MyEBSCO account each time you want to download an ebook.


Downloading ebooks

Compatible Devices

EBSCO ebooks are not compatible with Kindle or Kindle Paperwhite. For Kindle Fires, see the tab labeled "Kindle Fire" at the top of the page.
