Resources and policies during COVID-19

COVID-19: Library Support and Services

During this time of uncertainty, the library staff at Mayfield Library is working hard to ensure that we maintain pre-COVID services. We're offering enhanced virtual services with chat hours and reference and instruction through Zoom in addition to the physical library being open for in-person use.

We have a number of laptops and hotspots available for checkout on a first-come, first-serve basis. Before obtaining a laptop you need to fill out the equipment checkout request form.


Research and Virtual Services Support


The library is open on a walk-in basis. No appointments are necessary.

Fall 21 hours starting August 23:

7:30am-6:30pm M-Th

7:30am-4:30pm F

One-one-one research consultations may be booked through Zoom or in-person. Request by filling out the form below:


Off Campus/Remote Access to Library Databases


Computer Usage and Laptop Loaner Program


Laptops, hotspots, and calculators are available for checkout. Fill out the Student Device Checkout Request form.


Course Support for Faculty

Faculty may request in-person library instruction via Zoom or request tutorials, class guides, and other instructional materials using the form below. 


Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary loan will continue as permitted. To request items use the form below.
