Is the library open?

The library is open for a limited number of student appointments. Appointments are intended for computer use only. Users must be students working on assignments and must wear a mask at all times. 

Virtual services are available extended hours during the Fall 2020 semester Chat, text and virtual Zoom sessions are available for research help. Library databases are available 24/7. Use your A number and myNSCC password to access the databases.

Can I checkout materials?

Yes, books may be requested through our curbside pick-up form: https://nscc.libwizard.com/f/curbside .

Equipment may be requested through the NSCC Student Device Checkout Request.

How do I return materials?

Returns can be made on the White Bridge Road Campus 24/7 using the dropbox outside the Kisber Building. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE EQUIPMENT IN THE DROPBOX.  If you're returning equipment please return during library hours using curbside drop off. 

Can I print?

Items for classes may be printed with a computer appointment. In addition, you may request printouts through the curbside delivery form: https://nscc.libwizard.com/f/curbside. There is a limit of 20 pages.

Can I request reserve textbooks?

Library staff will copy one chapter of a requested text to send via email.

How do I return my CARES Act equipment?

All CARES Act equipment is due by December 12. If you've registered for Spring, you may renew your equipment by calling 615.353.3555 by December 14. Please return your computers in factory condition (You should have received an email with instructions on clearing the computer). To return call the campus where you picked up the equipment to make arrangements to return equipment.
